Return window
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be sealed, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Keep your receipt or order confirmation.
How to return
- Email us first at [email protected] to get return instructions and the correct return address.
- Once approved, ship the item to our warehouse in Singapore.
- Mark the parcel “RETURNED ITEM.”
Items sent without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, wrong, or defective items
- Inspect your order on arrival.
- If something’s wrong, email photos and a short description within 14 days so we can fix it.
EU customers: 14-day cooling-off
- If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
- Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, we refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.
- If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us.
Important notes
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We may decline refunds if you don’t provide a reason for the return or don’t contact us first.
- Products returned used or unsealed will not be accepted.
